Among them, the first two projects have been completed by the end of September, and the last two projects are expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

After the program optimization of the SMS platform for unemployment benefits, the applicant can timely receive the progress information of business handling. By the end of 2020, the city will also implement a unified urban and rural unemployment insurance system. At that time, rural and urban household registration personnel will fulfill the same unemployment insurance contribution obligation and enjoy the same unemployment insurance benefits.

There are 11 items in the "Measures" to optimize the business handling process, mainly including the pension insurance benefits, filing the insured personnel to go through the insurance procedures, professional title declaration, optimization of labor capacity appraisal services and so on. At present, two projects have been completed, four will be completed by the end of October 2020, and the remaining five will be completed in stages.

By the end of the year, Beijing will simplify the procedures for filing insured personnel. At that time, Beijing social insurance online service platform will add “Service Guide for Individual Payers to Pay Social Insurance Premiums?and reduce on-site consultation links; individuals who file on-site and apply for social insurance payment at the same time can sign payment agreements directly, open online processing and change deduction accounts, and send reminder messages to those who fail to pay on the 15th of each month.

In addition, the city will optimize and reengineer the existing pension collection process. Through the official website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, we will further promote the "Scene Service of Employee Retirement Matters". In the future, we will prompt and confirm employees?retirement in advance, which will facilitate the units and individuals to pay attention to the payment and personnel files in time, and leave enough time for units and individuals to supplement materials. On this basis, we will continue to promote the construction of online service system, so that enterprises and the masses can really run less and do not run errands when they receive pensions in the future.

Three projects have been completed by the end of September, and the remaining five will be completed in October and November 2020, respectively.

At present, the one-time living allowance for contract workers has been applied for online.
